Scheduling & Confirmation

Online appointment requests are subject to physician availability and clinic schedule confirmation.
Our patient care coordinators will confirm your booking via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that medical schedules and personal needs change. We kindly request at least 2 to 4 hours advance notice for appointment rescheduling or cancellation.
Repeated unnotified no-shows may require advance clinic confirmation for future appointment bookings.

Where teleconsultations or video/audio reviews are offered, they are conducted in strict compliance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India.

Teleconsultation Conditions

The consulting physician exercises professional clinical judgment to determine whether teleconsultation is appropriate or if an in-person clinical examination is mandatory.
Prescriptions issued via telemedicine strictly adhere to permissible drug schedules. Controlled substances (Schedule X drugs, narcotics) will NOT be prescribed via remote consultation under any circumstances.
